Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Liquidity Advisor to optimize liquidity and strengthen deposit stability. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, guiding pricing, product design, and portfolio decisions to support organic growth and exceptional client experiences.

You will lead deposit relationships, develop new business with partners, and collaborate across Treasury Management to deliver executive‑level insights and strategic actions. Strong treasury and banking background required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or Finance is preferred; H.S. diploma accepted with experience.
• 5+ years in Commercial Banking with 3+ years in treasury/liquidity areas.
• Ability to analyze liquidity data and translate into strategic actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead deposit relationship growth and achieve assigned deposit goals.
• Collaborate across Treasury Management and other teams for liquidity strategy.
• Develop pricing, product design, and portfolio decisions with executive impact.
• Provide expert liquidity analyses and executive-ready insights.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and uphold ONB brand.
