Job summary

You will manage a backlog, drive pricing governance, and partner with Sales, Treasury, and Finance to deliver client-focused deposit products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related domain.
• Experience owning and improving products and driving measurable improvements to client experience.
• Data analytics skills for large-scale analytical processes to support business development.
• Experience leading product life cycle activities from discovery to value management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytics, organization, and project management skills.
• Experience in wholesale deposits, liquidity management, or transaction banking with pricing dynamics.
• Track record of defining and managing product outcomes with KPIs and turning insight into decisions.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product strategy, roadmap, and business requirements for the Liquidity & Account Solutions Deposit Product portfolio.
• Manage a product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Partner with Sales to identify new product opportunities via user research and competitive analysis.
• Assess impacts of features to ensure cohesive customer experience across the product ecosystem.
• Lead user research initiatives to inform the strategic roadmap and identify high-value features.
• Analyze key product metrics to measure adoption, usage, and performance.
• Conduct portfolio analyses to identify market trends and inform pricing decisions.
• Own and evolve pricing frameworks for on-balance sheet deposits and governance of rate plans.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Finance to align balance sheet considerations with pricing and prioritization.
• Drive commercialization and operating readiness for sales enablement and rollout.
