Job summary

Dow invites a Business Development Manager focused on Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) to drive growth in M&T and C&E markets. You will build new customer relationships, promote Dow solutions, and shape the commercial strategy across regions including GA, TX, PA, and MI.

You will travel up to 50% and work with sales, marketing and product leadership to win new business and secure long-term contracts. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Build new relationships with targeted customers across multiple markets.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships; understand needs and identify new clients.
• Execute sales and marketing plans to deliver volume and value growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to shape sales plans and market research.
• Lead negotiations, price changes, and long-term contracts.
• Manage contracts per Dow guidelines and regional requirements.
• Set commercial strategy with sales, marketing and product leadership.
• Align Dow assets with customer needs and cross-functional plans.
• Coordinate Dow functions to execute customer plans.
