Job summary

Ultipro in Carrollton, TX, seeks a seasoned process engineer to bridge R&D and Manufacturing for liquid products, leading plant trials and process verification in a cGMP environment.

You will translate laboratory procedures into scalable manufacturing processes, define equipment and processing parameters, and develop clear manufacturing documentation and SOPs for floor personnel. The role requires strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, food engineering, food science, chemistry, pharmaceutical science, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least five years of relevant process engineering, technical operations, manufacturing support, scale-up, or commercialization experience.
• Experience in liquid dietary supplement manufacturing and filling, cGMP operations, manufacturing investigations, and new product commercialization is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between R&D and Manufacturing for liquid products.
• Be the technical owner for plant trials, process verification, and validation with cross-functional teams.
• Translate lab formulas into executable commercial processes, including equipment selection and processing parameters.
