Job summary

INW: Innovations in Nutrition + Wellness is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to serve as the technical liaison between R&D and Manufacturing for liquid products. You will own plant trials, scale-up, and translation of lab formulas into commercial processes, while ensuring robust, compliant operations on the floor.

Responsibilities include drafting manufacturing records, SOPs, troubleshooting on-line issues, and providing on-site leadership during pilots and first production lots.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related technical field with 5+ years of process engineering/scale-up experience.
• Experience in liquid dietary supplement manufacturing and cGMP operations.
• Experience with vitamins, minerals, botanical extracts, or other sensitive ingredients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between R&D and Manufacturing for liquid products.
• Lead plant trials, process verification, and validation.
• Translate lab formulas into commercial processes with equipment specs and process parameters.
• Draft, review, and revise manufacturing records, SOPs, and instructions.
• Troubleshoot processing issues and identify root causes; coordinate cross-functional response.
