Syngenta Group is seeking a production operator for liquid plant products, responsible for performing activities across all stages of formulation and filling. You will follow the operating manual, adhere to safety and quality policies, and work to meet production targets while maintaining equipment and documentation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, timely execution, and continuous learning as you support various lines, perform basic maintenance, and ensure a safe, efficient manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical background preferred.
• Detail oriented and focused on safety and quality.
• Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge.
• Works well in teams and meets production deadlines.
• Prioritizes safety and quality in all operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple formulating equipment according to standard work and batch cycle times.
• Set up and run semi-automatic filling lines; load materials and perform clean downs.
• Follow site policies and procedures for safe, efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment with guidance and provide corrective actions.
• Operate forklift and perform additions to formulation vessels.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
• Record quality checks and interpret planning documentation.
• Use information systems associated with F&P technology.
• Carry out basic maintenance on filling lines and related plant.
