Job summary

Syngenta Crop Protection seeks a production operator to support liquid formulation and filling processes. You will work on multiple lines, loading materials, performing line set-ups, and ensuring safety and quality at every step.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to production schedules while maintaining high safety standards and efficient cycle times on site in the United States.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with keen attention to detail.
• Technical background is preferred for operating/formulation tasks.
• Able to work effectively in teams and meet production deadlines.
• Safety and quality compliance are mandatory across all operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple formulating equipment following standard work and batch cycle times.
• Set up and run semi and automatic filling lines; load materials and manage line changes.
• Perform safety, quality, and efficiency tasks, including downtime recording and housekeeping.
• Troubleshoot with assistance and implement corrective actions when cycle times are not met.
• Operate forklift and assist with formulation vessel additions as needed.
• Maintain safety, environmental standards and document quality checks.
