Job summary

Albaugh LLC is seeking an Assistant Formulation Operator to join our manufacturing team. This front-line role operates and monitors equipment in the formulation unit, processes raw materials, and ensures product quality and safety in a continuous operation.

You will work under the department supervisor, support environmental and safety policies, assist in formulating agricultural chemicals, and contribute to housekeeping and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work overtime to support continuous operation.
• Strong commitment to safety and hazard awareness.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates and controls equipment and instrumentation in the manufacturing unit.
• Maintains and monitors process equipment in accordance with established procedures and processes.
• Maintains and improves safety in the unit and is responsible for housekeeping in operating areas.
• Receives and processes raw materials using chemical reactions and manufacturing operations to produce finished products at the specified quality level.
• Supports and adheres to the principles of Responsible care and applicable requirements by protecting the environment and assuring the health, safety, and security of our employees, vendors, customers, suppliers, and our community.
• Performs additional work as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Assists in the formulation of agricultural chemicals, including fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.
