Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months or equivalent experience in a similar manufacturing or production environment, preferably in chemical filling or related fields.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ability to apply them daily.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in operating filling equipment and following manuals and SOPs.
• Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with the team and report issues.
• Physical fitness to stand long, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
• Integrity, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and deviations.
• Collaborate to set up filling equipment with proper calibration before starting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the filling process and report hazards.
• Handle chemicals safely, label correctly, and store according to standards.
• Operate filling equipment accurately to fill chemical products per specs.
• Conduct quality checks on labels, quantities, and product quality.
• Identify issues or deviations and take corrective actions with minimal disruption.
• Follow GMP and SOPs, maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team for smooth communication and workflow.
