The role operates from Claremont, NH, with relocation available and travel up to 25%.

The candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and complex proposals while building strong customer relationships with technical peers.

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical engineering or related field; MS preferred.
• 2-4 years of engineering experience in a customer-facing or business development role.
• Strong ERP skills and broad manufacturing knowledge.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects across regions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage key projects or multiple programs aligned with the Business Unit strategy.
• Serve as the primary customer interface and liaison.
• Deliver customer satisfaction by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop SOWs, proposals, and project schedules with budgets.
• Present and sell liquid cooling solutions to customers.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
