Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or related technical field.
- 10+ years in business development, technical sales, or strategic account management.
- Experience scaling products from R&D-to-production in hardware or infrastructure environments.
- Experience engaging with hyperscalers, Server OEMs, or silicon providers.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead market development and strategic account growth for DLC solutions.
- Drive adoption of direct liquid cooling with hyperscalers and OEMs.
- Position the portfolio as a platform solution and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Build executive relationships and influence platform specifications.
- Align engineering, product, and operations to deliver seamless solutions.
- Manage complex deals, MSAs, and long-term supply agreements.
