Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an experienced Liquid Cooling Services Operations Manager to lead fluid management services, direct to chip service, and project support operations. The role focuses on establishing repeatable processes for maintenance of liquid cooling systems, with a technical understanding of mechanical systems and knowledge of chemical systems as a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, Business or equivalent field services experience.
5+ years of service or installation field or management experience with thermal cooling systems and monitoring is a plus.
High degree of communication, problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Lead fluid management service operations and establish repeatable processes.
Create service scope of work with technical and service sales teams.
Coordinate with water treatment suppliers and build pricing for proposals.
Interface with field labor to implement fluid treatment per supplier instructions.
Develop remediation plans and improve service delivery methods.
Ensure issues are resolved promptly and communicated to stakeholders.
