Your challenges and areas of responsibility

• Participate in new projects from concepting through to implementation
• Strategic development of existing environments
• 3 rd level Support and continuous optimization of existing Linux servers and containerized environments
• Monitoring of operational environments
• Participation in the on-call service 7x24h

Your profile with focus on one or more areas

• Completed IT education (ICT) or equivalent education/experience
• Proven track record in Linux environments of at least 5 years
• Deep technical understanding of Linux, server infrastructure, microservices and virtualization environment
• Experience with containerization technologies in the cloud and on-premises environments, preferably Red Hat OpenShift
• Experience with image builds on Kubernetes and docker/podman
• Conceptual understanding of database technologies in the areas of Oracle, MariaDB and PostgreSQL
• Good conceptual, analytical and communication skills and a goal-oriented way of working
• Agile mindset, enjoying the challenge of complex problems
• Fluent in English. German in spoken and written form a criterion as well
• And last but not least, a good portion of humour and enthusiasm for the job
