The Links at Eagle Hill in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support the Community Director and Maintenance Director in resident repairs and preventive maintenance. Living on-site provides convenience and reduces commute time while contributing to resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include responsive maintenance, painting, drywall work, lighting, and basic carpentry, along with routine inspections and on-site support during after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Perform tasks such as painting, drywall repair, lighting, and basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.
