Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Line Worker for a food production facility in Le Center, Minnesota. You will support production lines, operate equipment, package products, and maintain a clean, safe workspace on a Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM schedule.

The role offers temporary employment with reliable hours and weekly pay. Candidates should be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs, with additional heavier lifting as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive production tasks.
• Regularly lift and carry up to 25 lbs., with heavier lifting occasionally.
• Bend, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull as required by duties.
• Work safely around manual and automated production equipment.
• Follow work instructions and maintain product quality standards.
• Wear PPE and follow frequent handwashing requirements, including allergen handling.

Responsibilities

• Place inserts, deposit crust or filling, press crusts, apply toppings, load ovens, remove products.
• Inspect finished products and discard those not meeting standards.
• Package finished products and follow allergen labeling procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitary between changeovers.

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Line Workers for a food production company in Le Center, Minnesota. In this role, you'll help produce quality baked goods by supporting production lines, operating equipment, packaging products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. What You'll Do as a Line Worker - PM

• Perform production tasks such as placing cardboard inserts, depositing crust or filling, pressing crusts, applying toppings, loading ovens, and removing products from racks
• Inspect finished products for quality and remove products that do not meet standards
• Place finished products into appropriate containers and follow ingredient return and allergen labeling procedures
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, including washing, rinsing, and sanitizing between product changeovers
• Clean up spills and debris promptly to maintain a safe production environment
• Follow company food safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP procedures
• Work cooperatively with production team members to maintain efficient workflow and reduce downtime

What You Need to Bring to the Line Worker - PM Role

• Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive production tasks
