Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Food Production Associate for our Brainerd, MN facility. This role offers an immediate start in a fast-paced petfood production environment with weekly pay and reliable hours.

You will operate packaging machines, load raw product, and work with a team to keep production flowing while maintaining quality. Training provided for forklift is available; lifting up to 55 lb and standing all shift are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Forklift experience is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machines and stack finished product.
• Load machines with raw product.
• Work as part of a team to maintain timely, efficient production flow.
• Set up and clean the packaging area between production runs.
• Inspect lot codes and use metal detection equipment to ensure product quality standards are met.
