Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Line Worker for a food production company in Le Center, Minnesota. The AM shift runs Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with hourly pay of $15 and weekly pay.

You will support production lines, operate equipment, package products, and maintain a clean, safe work area, following GMP and food safety procedures; physical tasks include standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and repetitive movements.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods during shift.

• Willingness to wear required PPE and follow handwashing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Place inserts, deposit crust or filling, press crusts, apply toppings.
• Inspect finished products and remove nonconforming items.
• Package products and label according to procedures.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas between changeovers.
• Clean spills promptly to maintain a safe production environment.
• Follow company food safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP procedures.

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Line Workers for a food production company in Le Center, Minnesota. In this role, you’ll help produce quality baked goods by supporting production lines, operating equipment, packaging products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. What You'll Do as a Line Worker – AM

• Perform production tasks such as placing cardboard inserts, depositing crust or filling, pressing crusts, applying toppings, loading ovens, and removing products from racks
• Inspect finished products for quality and remove products that do not meet standards
• Place finished products into appropriate containers and follow ingredient return and allergen labeling procedures
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, including washing, rinsing, and sanitizing between product changeovers
• Clean up spills and debris promptly to maintain a safe production environment
• Follow company food safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP procedures
• Work cooperatively with production team members to maintain efficient workflow and reduce downtime

What You Need to Bring to the Line Worker – AM Role

• Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive production tasks
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 lbs., with heavier lifting required occasionally
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull as required by production duties
• Ability to work safely around manual and automated production equipment
• Ability to follow basic work instructions and maintain product quality standards
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment, including hair nets, ear plugs, boots, and smocks, and follow frequent handwashing requirements
• Ability to work around common food allergens, including milk, soy, wheat, egg, tree nuts, and peanuts
