Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional driving certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead route operations and coordinate with Route Service Representatives (drivers).
• Maintain relationships with clients and management as a leadership team member.
• Oversee transportation vehicles and vendor relations for safe operation.
• Record, track, and report data to support operations and service quality.
• Communicate issues to management and support continuous improvement.
