Up-To-Date Laundry is seeking a Route Service Representative to deliver clean linens to designated customers and collect soiled items for laundering. You will build strong relationships with users and facility managers while resolving issues and ensuring accurate records and inventories.

The role requires physical endurance, safe driving, and willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Safe driving record required and driving experience preferred.
• Clear and effective communication with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate counts and inventory management.
• Ability to perform basic math for inventory and counts.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues within guidelines and identify satisfactory solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and decision-makers to renew service contracts.
• Workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet customer needs.
• Deliver and collect products, ensure loads are correct, and manage inventories.
