Job summary

Superior Linen Service's Fort Smith/Van Buren branch is seeking a Route Supervisor to support the Director in safe, timely delivery of linen and related products. You will maintain strong relationships with drivers, clients, and the leadership team.

You will oversee transportation operations, assist with recruiting and training, record and report data, and help drive continuous improvement in service quality for hospital clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or professional driving certification.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Route Service Representatives (drivers).
• Recruit, train, and manage RSRs to maintain safety and reliability.
• Oversee vehicle operations and vendor relations for safe service.
• Record, track and report data to support operations and client needs.
• Communicate issues to management regarding transportation and logistics.
• Compile data and prepare reports as needed by the Director.
