Job summary

Metro Linen is seeking a Route Supervisor in McKinney, TX to oversee linen routes, manage daily billing, and ensure service quality. The role involves supervising RSRs, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely renewals and clean fleet operations.

You will drive route efficiency, monitor KPI metrics, and coordinate with customers to resolve issues with merchandise or service. This position requires hands-on leadership and dependable daily oversight.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers on a regular basis to ensure relationships
• Managing route daily billing and product flow
• Route settlements
• On demand history/request
• Perform inventory and quality checks
• Complete daily cash in and debriefing with RSRs
• Daily checklist
• RSR performance checklist
• Driving evaluations
• Manage A/Rs in timely manner to keep customers up to date with their billing
• Work with customers to fix any issues with merchandise and/or service from RSRs
• Teach and train RSRs on how to manage routes per company standards
• Ensuring customer renewals are done in a timely manner to ensure longevity of the company
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the RSRs and fleet of trucks
• Responsible for weekend duties coverage by RSRs and handling call-in emails from customers
• Keep track of KPI reports for the routes under your management
