Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a dedicated Linen Room Attendant to support our housekeeping team by maintaining clean, stocked, and organized linen rooms for 790 guest rooms. You will ensure timely inventory updates, assist with linen preparation to start each guest experience on a high note in a luxury oceanfront resort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a laundry role preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
• Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 150lbs repetitively during entire shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain linen rooms so they are clean, stocked, and organized according to operational needs.
• Provide daily inventory updates to the Manager and report any shortages or concerns promptly.
• Assist with departmental coverage when needed and attend team meetings to stay aligned.
• Offer accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests when asked.
• Uphold professional appearance standards and wear the proper uniform at all times.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that reflect Loews' commitment to exceptional service.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and departmental procedures for chemical use, protective gear, and emergency protocols.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct in all interactions.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
