Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a Night Room Attendant to maintain guestrooms and corridors to the brand’s high standards during evening and overnight hours. You will perform turn-down service, stayover refreshes, and respond to guest requests to ensure a calm, polished environment.

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred. A strong eye for detail, discretion, and reliability are essential, as you collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering to safeguard guest privacy and

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping/room attendant experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemical safety.
Ability to work overnight hours and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Perform turn-down service to brand standards (bed preparation, amenity placement, lighting adjustments).
Complete stayover refreshes and late check-ins; replenish towels, amenities, glassware, and supplies.
Respond to guest requests quickly and professionally.
Ensure room security and protect guest privacy.
Follow safety protocols including chemical labeling (SDS) and PPE use.
Attend mandatory trainings and participate in shift handovers.
