Job summary

Orbital is seeking a Foreman with Transmission or Distribution Line experience to serve as a Construction Coordinator for projects based in Eastern Pennsylvania. The role will entail planning and coordinating construction activities for a designated project to ensure the goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the project schedule and budget constraints by performing the duties listed below.

Per diem and company truck are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Bachelor's in Construction Management or similar.
• Willing to travel; travel costs reimbursable.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety oversight and ensure compliance with safety procedures at site.
• Participate in pre-construction planning, drawing reviews, and constructability reviews.
• Inspect construction and ensure work follows specifications, drawings, and permits; resolve RFIs.
• Order materials and equipment, coordinate deliveries, and track inventory.
• Prepare Daily Log Reports to track progress and safety incidents.
• Maintain redline drawings, perform weekly safety audits, and communicate scope changes.
• Occasionally climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
