Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in dispatch or Linehaul operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch transportation equipment in accordance with the Linehaul plan.
• Follow Linehaul schedules and maximize trailer capacity.
• Enter dispatch events into the TMS to ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify equipment location and trailer load status via yard checks.
• Report delays, accidents, and equipment failures; implement contingencies.
• Provide regular reports to management and support audits.
