Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Princeton, New Jersey, is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs. You will prepare and cook all items to our recipes and safety guidelines.

No previous experience required; we train you. A Food Handler’s Card is preferred or we’ll help you obtain one. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, paid on‑the‑job training, advancement opportunities, discounted meals, and more.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• A love for food with attention to weights, measurements and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals used in the building.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
• Plate prepared foods according to chef guidance
• Set up, operate, break down and clean kitchen equipment
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food safety standards
