Qualifications

Industrial Maintenance Technician II – 2nd Shift

Full‑time, permanent position.

Base Pay: $25.00–$40.00 per hour.

Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday–Friday (2nd Shift).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing equipment to ensure reliable and consistent production processes.
• Perform equipment repairs and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with production departments to troubleshoot and fix equipment problems.
• Support the maintenance inventory system by researching and tracking parts needed to maintain production equipment.
• Perform duties safely, following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and other safety practices.
• Assist in special projects, changes to existing lines, and setup of new lines.
• Attend maintenance training courses on‑site and off‑site.
• Support production lines on a daily‑needs basis.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and mechanical, electrical, and PLC‑controlled systems.
• Basic skills reading electrical schematics and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.
• Basic understanding of electrical principles such as voltage and current.
• Experience troubleshooting machines (PLC, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic systems).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously, both above shoulder height and below waist.
• Flexibility with schedule and travel requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage assigned work effectively.
• Team‑orientation and ability to work successfully with others.
• Attention to detail and adherence to best practices.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
