Macon-Bibb County is seeking an Line Service Professional to deliver outstanding customer service and safe ground handling of aircraft. You will use our knowledge base to assist pilots, customers and team members, communicating clearly at all times.
This entry‑level role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check. Training is available for the right candidate, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The Line Service Professional is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers, internal and external. Utilize in-depth knowledge base to provide safe and proper ground handling of aircraft. Communicate effectively with pilots, customers, and team members.
