Job summary

Million Air is seeking a seasoned Line Service Supervisor to lead the line service team, manage payroll and fuel operations, and ensure safety compliance in outdoor aviation environments. The role requires strong communication, a clean driving record, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee facility startup, hangar activity, and joint training efforts with safety techs while maintaining DOT standards and high customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years line service experience including fuel management and supervisory duties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass background check.
• Zero tolerance drug free employer with pre-employment and random screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage line service department, assign tasks, and monitor supervisors.
• Review line service payroll, manage overtime, and submit to payroll.
• Oversee facility startup, security, and equipment status.
• Fuel management: monitor inventory, reconcile receipts, order fuel.
• Communicate with supervisors in daily handoffs and meetings.
• Coordinate aircraft storage, hangar arrangements, and arrivals/departures.
• Enforce safety procedures and DOT regulations; support training staff.
• Assist trainers and line service team with ongoing training.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Manage line service department prioritizing, assigning, and monitoring supervisors work, conducting performance evaluations with supervisors, providing training goals with Training/Safety Tech.
• Review line service team payroll, manage overtime, and submit to payroll for processing
• Responsible for hiring process to create a well-rounded team with customer and safety focus
• Oversee facility startup to include facility security, vehicle maintenance checks, equipment service and status
• Fuel management - including monitor of fuel inventory, reconciliation of load receipts, ordering fuel as needed
• Communication with supervisors in daily pass down meeting
• Aircraft storage, movement, hangar arrangement, anticipate needs for arrivals and departures.
• Damage prevention and implementation of safety procedures
• Support of trainers, safety techs, and line service team
• Team training - must meet DOT regulations

Reporting Relationship

This position reports to the General Manager

Work Environment

This position works outside in all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft. This position may be exposed to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
• Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery

This is an exempt position

This position may requires working evenings and weekends, and on scheduled company holidays.
