Job summary

Diamond Pet Foods is seeking a Line Puller to operate material handling equipment for accurate processing and shipping in a fast-paced plant environment. You will receive items into inventory, stage materials, and ensure traceability while maintaining GMP and safety practices.

Responsibilities include operating IFS scanners, inspecting equipment, and coordinating with maintenance and shift teams. A high school diploma or GED is required, with willingness to work day or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Must be willing to work any shift (day or night).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive items into inventory and store in proper location as directed.
• Follow warehousing procedures for domestic and key accounts production.
• Operate IFS scanners and fill inventory reconciliation sheets and weight tickets.
• Ensure only correct, damage-free product is warehoused.
• Maintain FIFO finished product inventory and proper tagging for traceability.
• Stage bags for packaging and store them.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain orderly workspace.
• Report safety hazards and accidents to supervisor.
• Communicate production status to oncoming shift personnel.
