Job summary

Idyllic Enterprises, LLC is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator in Missouri to move, load, unload, and store materials across our facility. You will perform pre-shift inspections, use RF scanners, and coordinate with production to keep products flowing safely and on time.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, rotating stock, staging orders, cycle counts, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Benefits are provided with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and OSHA-compliant forklift certification.
• Experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts in warehouse/manufacturing.
• Familiarity with RF scanners.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and safety-first mindset.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks for inbound, put-away, picking, and outbound tasks.
• Rotate stock (FIFO), stage orders, and support cycle counts and inventories.
• Perform OSHA-required pre-shift equipment checks and report unsafe conditions.
• Feed raw materials to production lines and move finished goods to staging or storage.

Job description

We’re seeking a Forklift Operator to move, load/unload, and store materials efficiently and accurately across our facility. You will complete pre-shift inspections, use RF scanners, and coordinate with and help Production to keep products flowing safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to handle inbound, put-away, picking, and outbound tasks.
• Rotate stock (FIFO), stage orders, and support cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Perform OSHA-required pre-shift equipment checks; report and notify unsafe equipment for service.

Feed raw materials and components to active production lines.

Move finished goods from the assembly floor to staging or warehouse storage.

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area; follow facility traffic rules and PPE requirements.
• Help the production team with given tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid forklift certification (OSHA-compliant)
• Experience operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with RF scanners.
• Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and safety-first mindset.
• Effective communication; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move packages as required by the role.
• Comfort working around moving equipment.
• Able to lift 50-60 lb

Work Hours & Benefits:
