Qualifications

• Organized, flexible, and able to perform under pressure.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.

• Must perform moderate to heavy labor under constant machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in fresh meat specifications.
• Monitor cooler settings, footbath strength, and incoming raw ingredients.
• Inspect and unload incoming fresh meat.
• Maintain First-In-First-Out protocol on fresh meats.
• Disassemble and reassemble micro-cutters, pumps, meat lines, etc.
• Maintain organized records and fresh meat inventories.
