The role involves assisting the Manufacturing Supervisor, monitoring line status, and acting as the communication link between operators and management.

The ideal candidate will guide operators, develop skills, and ensure standard daily outputs while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

Formación

• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Advanced PC skills with knowledge of Jabil software packages.
• Read and understand visual aids.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret graphs.

Responsabilidades

• To lead and motivate a group of production operators to meet goals on quality, schedule, yield and productivity.
• Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in line management and drive operators to maximize machine utilization.
• Highlight high fallout to supervisor.
• Achieve daily standard set by supervisor.
• Guide and assist operators in the skills required to do their jobs.
• Monitor hourly production status.
• Monitor CIQ system to ensure proper implementation in the line.
• Serve as a communication link between operators and management.
