Job summary

ABB Smart Power, USA, onsite, seeks a Senior Project Lead Engineer to drive Engineering Change Implementation and data accuracy across product families. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor TAKT and line balance, and ensure ERP data integrity (Material Masters, BOMs, Routings, Costing).

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years in manufacturing/engineering required; proficiency in SAP/Windchill and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years in manufacturing, engineering, or related experience.
• Proficient with SAP and Windchill; experience with ERP data management.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement engineering changes across products and coordinate deliverables between cross-functional teams.
• Ensure manufacturing line has required support by monitoring output, line balancing, and work instruction availability.
• Load, correct, and monitor ERP data for products (Material Masters, BOMs, Routings, Costing).
• Establish supplier contacts for technical support to improve material quality and reduce costs.
