Job summary

Ascension Coffee invites applications for a Line/Prep Cook to support the Kitchen Manager in daily operations. This role ensures excellence in food preparation, presentation, and adherence to the highest quality standards set by the Director of Culinary.

The candidate will participate in all steps of food preparation, maintain safety and sanitation, and contribute to a positive, inclusive kitchen culture at multiple locations in Texas.

Qualifications

• Restaurant kitchen experience required.
• Food handler certification required.
• Reliable transportation and travel between locations.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and open to feedback.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).
