Job summary

Red Cliffs Health and Rehab in St George, UT is seeking a full-time Line/Prep Cook to support high-volume meal production and timely service. You will test new recipes, maintain a clean, organized kitchen, and assist with inspections to ensure safety and sanitation.

A Food Handler's Permit and a high school diploma are required. Experience in a high-volume kitchen is preferred, and candidates should be 18 or older with strong communication and a positive attitude toward teamwork and growth in

Qualifications

• One year of cooking experience in a high-volume environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for coordinating with kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing meal production and timely meal service.
• Test new recipes and menu ideas.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized, including organizing deliveries.
• Assist with kitchen inspections to ensure a safe, sanitary production area.
• Regularly inspect storage areas for proper temperatures, cleanliness and order.
