Job summary

Four Corners Regional Health Care Center in Blanding, UT seeks a full-time Line/Prep Cook to support high-volume meal production, test new recipes, and ensure timely service in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will supervise and assist kitchen staff, maintain safe storage and sanitation, and collaborate with the team to deliver quality meals while upholding our people-first ethos.

Minimum 18 years of age with Food Handler's Permit is required.

Qualifications

• One year cooking experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Food Handler's Permit required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing meal production and timely meal service.
• Test new recipes.
• Clean the kitchen; put away/organize food deliveries.
• Assist with kitchen inspections to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Inspect storage areas for proper temperatures and order.
