Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook meals according to dietary needs and preferences, using standardized recipes and menu planning.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Manage food inventory, ordering and receiving supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the Dietary Manager and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service operations.
• Keep accurate records of food production, waste, and inventory.
• Respond to resident and family requests for special meals and dietary accommodations.
