Job summary

Moonshine Entertainment LTD is seeking a Prep and Line Cook to prepare ingredients and menu items while adhering to sanitation, health, and hygiene standards. You will follow established recipes and portions, use kitchen equipment efficiently, and help minimize waste.

Responsibilities include completing meal prep, cooking methods, labeling ingredients, presenting dishes, and maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours or more.
• Basic math and counting for portioning and measuring.
• Fluent or basic English communication and writing.
• Ability to work well with others in a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by following recipes, slicing, chopping, mincing, and mixing.
• Cook and finish dishes by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling; ensure proper doneness.
• Organize and label ingredients for easy access.
• Plate meals attractively using appropriate dining ware.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards.
