Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a skilled Line Cook to prepare all menu items according to recipes and yield guides, while maintaining high sanitation and organization in the kitchen.

You will direct, train, and monitor the performance of Line Cooks, set up and breakdown work stations with proper mise en place, review priorities, and communicate changes throughout the shift. You will inform the Sous Chef when supplies need to be requisitioned for daily tasks.
