Responsibilities

• Follows standards to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Prepares meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items for the line.
• Carefully follows standard recipes when preparing all items.
• Responsible for assigned station setup, execution, breakdown and cleaning.
• Works closely with the front of house to ensure expeditious ticket times and high-quality plates.
• Implements safe work practices and safe food handling standards.
• Demonstrates reliable transportation and punctuality for shifts.
• Identifies product quality issues and communicates concerns to chef/sous chef.
