Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (may vary by state).
• Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes.
• Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Presents menus, answers questions, and makes menu recommendations.
• Utilizes the point of sale system and places orders with the kitchen.
• Attends applicable pre‑meal meetings; advises supervisor of any complaints.
• Responsible for cash handling and accuracy of receipts at day’s end.
• Performs side-work: delivering racks of cups, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables, etc.
• Adheres to safe work practices and safe food handling standards.
