Heritage Golf Group is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen, following recipes and presentation standards while maintaining cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities include setting up stations, stocking supplies, labeling and rotating food, and collaborating with the culinary team to ensure timely service for members and guests. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and consistent manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with food preparation, inventory organization, and kitchen closing duties.
• Properly label, store, and rotate food products.
• Work collaboratively with culinary and Food & Beverage team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
