Job summary

Boxcar Coffee Roasters in Boulder, CO is seeking a part-time Line & Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll roast vegetables and meats, craft jams and sauces, and assemble toasts and sandwiches, with potential for full-time growth to 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Prep food according to recipes, including spreads, jams, and sauces; use mixers, processors, and burners.
• Trainings for knife safety and equipment use completed.
• Multitask between prep and orders via ticketing system.
• Assemble meals to order; batch prep for later service.
• Weigh meat, cheese, and veg portions using slicer and scales.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines; maintain sanitation and storage.
