Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to legally work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Load bulk meat logs (up to 35 pounds) into meat slicer and perform weight checks.
• Package meat product and inspect quality, rework as needed.
• Maintain slicer, cupping, packing, and palletizing areas in a clean and sanitary manner.
• Stack and palletize boxes up to 35 pounds and coordinate with forklift driver as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor to maintain throughput and GMP compliance.
