Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Line Operator for the first shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Mon–Fri) with occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities include coordinating loads, running multiple lines, monitoring tanks, and ensuring quality standards.

Safety and teamwork are essential as the role involves lifting, assisting with tank maintenance, and proper documentation. Prior plating or chemical processing experience is a plus; however, entry-level candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspect loads and coordinate with shift leads to maximize tank time.
• Operate processing lines across chemical finishing tanks.
• Monitor pH and solution levels; report non-conformities.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and proper documentation.
• Provide shift handoffs and support tooling/improvement ideas.
