Job summary

You will supervise, train new hires, coordinate tasks across shifts, and escalate issues as needed. Strong detail, communication, and organizational skills are essential, with at least 1 year in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming orders and set up the production line accordingly.
• Collaborate and communicate within the department, extending communication to multiple departments within the organization.
• Foster an environment of positive morale and high-performance expectations.
• Regroup associates within assigned areas to maximize team members' strengths.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and report/resolve production line problems promptly.
• Maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
