Nestlé Health Science seeks a Senior Manager, Factory Engineering to shape the future of manufacturing operations. You will lead engineering excellence across capital projects, asset reliability, utilities, compliance, and sustainability while fostering safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.

You will partner across the business to drive innovation, optimize performance, and deliver operational excellence supporting Nestlé's long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• 10+ years of related work experience and strong leadership skills.
• Experience with food safety, regulatory requirements, and hygienic engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, propose and monitor the factory engineering plans and objectives.
• Live Nestlé leadership principles in all aspects of the role.
• Set the technical strategic vision for the factory and cascade objectives to engineering leaders.
• Develop and maintain technical competencies at the factory, including action plans and succession planning.
