Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee line maintenance operations and supervise both Frontier and contract personnel. The role requires FAA certificated mechanics with Airframe and Powerplant ratings and at least three years of line maintenance experience.

You will manage SMS activities, ensure safety standards, review maintenance records, and drive operational improvements while coordinating with management on performance and budgets.

Qualifications

• FAA-certificated mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
• Requires 3 years previous line maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory/lead or directing workforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SMS activities and oversee the SMS implementation.
• Supervise line maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Determine job standards and supervise productivity.
