Job summary

Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Line Lead to oversee production line operations in a food manufacturing environment. You will coach team members, monitor safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement while respecting GMPs and cost specs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a clean, safe work environment and enforce safety programs.
• Oversee production line changes, staffing, and scheduling to meet targets.
• Coach employees and provide performance feedback to the supervisor.
• Ensure GMP compliance and proper labeling, documentation, and training.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem solve on the line.
